Typically flat rate parcels will take 2-6 business days. You can keep a close tab on your goodies by utilizing the link in your confirmation email. You should receive a tracking number shortly after you place an order. If you do not receive a tracking
number in 24-48 business hours please check your spam mailbox first and then email us at email@example.com with "tracking" in the subject line.
Before placing an order, please verify that your shipping address is correct as we only ship to the address
that is provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, you can do so when you log into your account under the “shipping” menu. We are not responsible for lost items in the event an inaccurate shipping address is provided to us.
Absolutely! When you enter your address at checkout, it will allow you to view express rates before you purchase. Please note that priority mail guarantees you receive your package 2-3 days from shipment, not the day of purchase. It can take up to three business days for your order to be processed and the shipping label to be printed.

Shipping costs depend on your order and location. We do offer flat rate domestic shipping from $5. All shipping is processed via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments however insurance is available through USPS.
At times tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If your package still has not arrived, we recommend filing a claim with the courier service (FEDEX, USPS).

In the event that a product arrives damaged or is missing please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
